Sears Canada
in 2017, after working at Sears Canada as both a marketing and category coordinator, I was promoted to the digital marketing team. It was there I managed (along with a remarkable team), the content of the social channels on a corporate scale. At Sears, I managed the customer service team, the agency that provided our shoppable Instagram and worked alongside the internal and external PR teams, who managed our influencer relationships.
AskforTask
In March 2018 I was hired to work for a startup called AskforTask in a part time position. AskforTask is the ‘uber for home services’. An app that provides you with a tasker for whatever home service is needed, like cleaning or repairs. In this role I was responsible for the content and community management for their social channels.
